Role Description The Store Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Kadi, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and inventory management. This includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating inbound and outbound materials, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining orderly storage systems.



The role involves supervising store staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures. The Store Supervisor works closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet project timelines and support customer requirements. The position also focuses on optimizing store processes, minimizing material variances, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading store or warehouse teams and managing daily operations.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, ensuring timely and accurate support to project and client needs.
