Job Title - Senior Architect
Department - Architecture
Reports to - Team Lead

Key Result Areas –
· Accuracy and quality of design and documentation.
· Timely delivery of project milestones.
· Design quality meets client expectations.
· Effective coordination with consultants and team members.
· Training and grooming of juniors.
· Contribution to innovative and functional design solutions.
· Proactive and ownership approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications –
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
· 4 - 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite.
· Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
· Excellent design,



technical detailing. Problem identification and observation.
· Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
· Strong communication and presentation abilities.
· Detail-orientation skills.

Job Description –
1. Design Development & Execution:
· Lead the design process from planning, concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and design quality.
· Prepare and review designs, presentation, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details.

2. Project Coordination & Collaboration:
· Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants (MEP, Structural etc.) to align on design intent and project goals. Coordinate for timely completion of planned activities.
· Observe and address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle.
