JOB SUMMARY
We're hiring an energetic, results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, inbound lead follow-ups, WhatsApp, email, and database outreach.

The primary responsibility of this role will be active outbound calling and lead generation. The candidate should be comfortable making a high volume of calls, speaking confidently with prospects, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into qualified sales opportunities and meetings.





This is a target-driven role with a competitive fixed salary of ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month plus lucrative performance-based incentives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Primary Responsibility
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls every day to prospective customers, architects, interior designers, homeowners, developers, and businesses.
Identify potential customers from company databases, online sources, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
Introduce Artisan Craft and communicate our product offering clearly and confidently.
Identify the prospect's requirements, budget, project stage, location, and purchase timeline.
Convert cold prospects into qualified leads, meetings, site visits, or product discussions.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects until the chance is converted or closed.

Inbound Lead Management
Respond promptly to leads generated through Google, Meta, website, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
