Role Description The Farmer Community Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Bihar, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. In this position, the individual will build and maintain robust relationships with wetland and Singhara farmers, conduct regular field visits,



and act as the primary point of contact between MantraAQ and farmer communities. The role involves organizing farmer meetings and trainings, sharing best practices on crop cultivation and post-harvest handling, and collecting feedback on products, processes, and support needs. The Farmer Community Manager will coordinate with internal teams on procurement planning, quality standards, and logistics, ensuring timely communication and problem-solving for farmers. The role also includes documenting field activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting impact measurement, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen farmer livelihoods and sustainable wetland ecosystems.
Qualifications
Experience in community engagement, rural development, or farmer outreach, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of agriculture, aquaculture, or related fields, preferably with exposure to wetland farming or tradition
