Job Summary

This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and expand the company’s presence in the workplace interiors and contracting market. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating proposals and bids, and collaborating with design, engineering, and project teams to align solutions with client requirements. The person in this role will track market trends, monitor competitor activity, manage sales pipelines and forecasts, and ensure timely reporting to leadership. The position also requires regular client meetings, negotiation of contracts, and supporting long-term account growth and retention.
Responsibilities:

Strong business development, sales planning, and account management skills,



with experience building and growing B2B client relationships.
Ability to conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Experience in the design & build, general contracting, real estate, or corporate interiors sector is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet revenue and margin targets.
Comfort with frequent client interactions, site visits, and travel within and outside Bengaluru as required.
