Field Sales Executive
Role Summary

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business by meeting prospective customers, promoting the company's products/services, and maintaining robust customer relationships. This role is ideal for minimum 1 year to 3+ years of experience in field sales who are passionate about achieving sales targets and building a successful sales career.
? Key Responsibilities

* Visit customers and prospective clients in the assigned territory.

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.

* Present and explain the company's products/services to potential customers.

* Convert enquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily visit reports.





* Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.

* Ensure timely submission of sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

? Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
minimum 1 year to 3+ years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
