Role Description This is a full-time, in office Area Sales Executive role based in Pune City. The Area Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote Interior Company’s home construction and interior design solutions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting site visits, presenting proposals, coordinating with design and project teams,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing feedback to management, and maintaining accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, interiors, or home solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to understand customer needs, explain design and construction solutions clearly, and manage expectations.
Comfort with on-site client meetings, site visits, and local travel within Pune and nearby areas.
Basic understanding of interior design, home construction processes, or related services is an advantage.
