Role Description The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of PInterview’s online platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security in a rapid-paced environment. This full-time remote role involves leading a distributed engineering team, setting technical direction, reviewing code,



and promoting best practices in software architecture and development. The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, prioritize features, and manage technical roadmaps and releases. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring engineers, performing technical assessments, resolving complex issues, optimizing performance, and supporting continuous improvement of the platform’s user experience. The role also includes evaluating new technologies, contributing to documentation, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
