Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Kanpur, responsible for driving solar project sales and building long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits,



explaining Helium Solar’s solutions and value propositions, and preparing tailored proposals and quotations. The role involves coordinating with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate system sizing, pricing, and delivery timelines, as well as supporting customers through the entire sales cycle, including documentation and post-sale follow-up. The Executive Sales Representative will track sales activities, maintain CRM records, provide regular reports on pipeline and performance, and stay up to date on solar industry trends, incentives, and regulations to better advise customers.
Qualifications

Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Customer relationship management and communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional correspondence.
Basic technical understanding of solar PV
