Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Kirat Food Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The individual in this role will manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, including developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, achieving volume and revenue targets, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.



The Area Sales Manager will oversee territory-level promotions, ensure product visibility and placement, and coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels. This role also involves regular field visits, performance reporting, and guiding field sales representatives to achieve territory objectives.
Qualifications
Robust sales and business development skills, with experience managing territories and meeting revenue targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, including negotiation and account management capabilities.
Experience in FMCG or food and beverage sales, preferably in snacks or packaged foods.
