Role Description Someone creatively curious and genuinely fashion-obsessed, who’s as comfortable on a shoot as they are on a factory floor. You’re proactive, you notice things, and you’d rather make something than wait to be told what to make.
We are building a contemporary-premium denim brand, built on one idea: Keep Becoming.
This is a paid internship role + certificate role, that is on-site and based in Noida, offering hands-on experience in a energetic apparel environment.

Qualifications




On the brand and content side:

• Sit in on content ideation and bring your own ideas to the table, not just execute someone else’s
• Track what’s happening in fashion, culture and on the internet — and tell us what’s worth acting on
• Help shoot, script and shape reels, stories content
• Write and refine captions and copy that sound like BLHUE and not like every other brand
• Use AI tools to move faster on moodboards, drafts, edits and research
• Watch the numbers after a post goes up and figure out what actually worked

On the product and production side:

• Track samples end to end — what’s in, what’s pending, what’s gone wrong
• Sit in on fittings and sample reviews and learn what makes a garment work or fail
• Coordinate with the production team and follow up on timelines
• Get hands-on with sorting, organising and garment handling
• Learn the full journey: sketch → pattern → sample → fi
