Our flagship brand, Solfu Tofu, offers Classic and Flavoured Tofu products for the HoReCa market. We work closely with chefs, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, caterers and corporate kitchens to encourage Tofu adoption and expand its applications across menus.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – HoReCa to grow Solfu Tofu’s business across Bengaluru and support its expansion across South India.
This is a field-focused role involving new customer acquisition, product sampling, chef trials, sales conversion, account management and distributor development. The candidate will work closely with chefs, purchase teams, distributors and institutional customers to build sustainable, long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities




Develop business across hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, caterers and corporate kitchens.
Generate leads, identify key decision-makers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, sampling sessions and chef trials.
Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
Build solid relationships with chefs, purchase managers, business owners and institutional customers.
Identify, appoint and develop distributors across Bengaluru and key South Indian markets.
Build and manage a strong distributor network to expand market reach and product availability.
Support distributors through market visits, lead generation, product training and joint customer meetings.
Monitor distributor performance, secondary sales, market coverage, inventory and payment cycles.
Coordinate with distributors and internal operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
