Role Description The Senior Engineer role at Vasantha Group is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Senior Engineer will lead the design, development, and optimization of injection molding and related automation solutions, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes.



Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing engineering projects, reviewing technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing process improvements, supporting new product introductions, and coordinating with global stakeholders to align engineering practices with customer requirements. The Senior Engineer will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in design reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing cell.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in mechanical, plastics, or manufacturing engineering, with specific experience in injection molding processes and tooling design.
