Job Title: Travel Sales Executive (Inbound Leads)

Role Overview:
The Travel Consultant is responsible for converting travel enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings by understanding customer requirements, designing suitable travel solutions, preparing quotations, following up professionally, negotiating within approved margins, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Operations Team.
The Travel Consultant will primarily handle international holidays, honeymoon packages, family holidays, luxury travel, FIT travel, group travel and customized itineraries.
The position requires robust sales ability combined with destination knowledge, customer relationship skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle travel leads from enquiry to booking closure.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable international holidays.
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels,



visa and operations teams.
Maintain CRM updates, payment follow-ups and customer records.
Ensure smooth handover and pre-travel coordination.
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in holiday package sales, travel consulting, or outbound/inbound travel operations.
Destination Knowledge: Strong familiarity with popular international (e.g., Dubai, Europe, Australia, Japan).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus).
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, quotation tools, and basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
