Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partner communities. In this role, the individual will manage key accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and service issues.



Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding current customers, coordinating with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely and reliable service, and proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs. The Relationship Manager will track account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support subscription retention and expansion through regular communication and relationship-building activities. This role also involves representing Pikova at community events, hospitality and wellness locations, and other partner sites to strengthen brand presence and nurture long-term partnerships.
