Role Description The Allen-Bradley PLC Programming Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This role involves designing, programming, testing, and commissioning Allen-Bradley PLC-based control systems for automation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and modifying PLC logic, integrating CNC and other automation equipment, troubleshooting control systems, and supporting installation and startup at customer sites. The engineer will collaborate with project teams to prepare documentation, I/O lists, and wiring details,



and will provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel. The role also includes working with safety standards and ensuring that all control solutions meet project specifications and performance targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust PLC Programming skills with hands-on experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems, on Allen-Bradley platforms.
Candidates should possess solid Programming skills for industrial control applications, with the ability to read, write, and debug logic in ladder, function block, or structured text.
Candidates should possess Automation skills, including integration of sensors, drives, HMIs, and other field devices into complete control systems.
Candidates should possess CNC Programming knowledge to interface and coordinate PLC controls with CNC machinery where required.
