Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Specialist to oversee and manage the financial activities of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,



and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Financial Reporting:
Coordinate and prepare variance analysis
To perform Trial Balance and Ledger scrutiny and pass various closing /adjustment accounting entries.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Financial Statement (IND-AS / I-GAAP) along with accounting policies and note to accounts
Ensure Internal Control on Financial Reporting (ICFOR) requirements
Approval and reporting of related party transaction
Annual report preparation and filing of annual returns with MCA
Ensure compliance with respect to listing agreement and SEBI LODR, MCA, Companies Act etc.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Assist in developing the accounting procedures, systems and norms at the project sites and to ensure consolidation of accounts from sites
