We’re Hiring | Office Leasing Manager

Brickfolio is looking for an experienced Office Leasing Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team.

Locations: Pune | MMR | Hyderabad | Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and acquire office leasing mandates from developers, landlords, corporates, and IPCs.
Build relationships with MNCs, GCCs, startups, corporate occupiers, and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable office space solutions.
Manage site visits, negotiations, commercial discussions, and transaction closures.
Work on Built-to-Suit (BTS) requirements and alternate asset opportunities such as schools, hospitals, and data centres.
Track market trends, available inventory, rentals, and leasing opportunities.




Achieve assigned leasing revenue and transaction targets.

Desired Profile:
8–10 years of experience in Commercial Office Leasing.
Strong network with corporates, developers, landlords, IPCs, and brokers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Experience with Grade A office spaces and commercial leasing transactions is preferred.
