Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Tele Caller will contact potential and existing customers, explain loan and financial products, and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, updating customer information in the system, and following up on leads to support loan processing and conversions.



The role also involves coordinating with internal sales teams, maintaining call records, and meeting assigned targets while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines. Tele Callers are expected to deliver a courteous customer experience and represent Andromeda’s services accurately.
Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently.
Customer service and relationship-building skills, including empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call-tracking systems.
Target-driven mindset, with the ability to manage high call volumes, prioritize leads, and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
Good command of English and local languages commonly spoken in the Greater Delhi Area.
