Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for software development and SEO services, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts,



and working closely with the technical team to align solutions with client requirements. The role involves tracking sales metrics, forecasting revenue, and contributing to sales strategies to expand market reach. The Sales Manager will also mentor and coordinate with junior sales staff to ensure consistent and effective sales practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and account management within IT or software services.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to web and mobile applications, SEO, and software development life cycle.
Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and communication, with confident handling of demos, proposals, and contract discussions.
Experience with sales planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
