Role Summary:
The Process Trainer will be responsible for training employees on email marketing processes, tools, and best practices, ensuring teams stay updated and consistent in their execution.





Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct training sessions on email marketing processes and tools
* Prepare and deliver engaging training content and presentations
* Conduct onboarding and training sessions for recent joiners
* Organize refresher training sessions for existing team members
* Assess training effectiveness and collect feedback
* Coordinate with Team Leads to identify training requirements

Requirements:

* B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech – Engineering background
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lecturer/Professor
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Excellent PPT creation skills
* Strong interpersonal and interactive skills

Preferred:

* Prior exposure to Email Marketing or Digital Marketing concepts will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
