Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities :

Generate new business leads through calls, meetings, and networking.




Identify potential clients and convert leads into customers.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BMS, BA, or equivalent preferred).

Experience:
Freshers to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
