Role Description This is a full-time,



in office Customer Relationship Management Executive role based in Jaipur. The role involves managing customer relationships across the sales and post-sales lifecycle, including responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The executive will monitor customer satisfaction, support customer retention initiatives, and coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to resolve concerns promptly. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, analyzing customer data and trends, preparing regular reports on customer feedback and retention, and supporting targeted communication campaigns. The role also requires collaborating on process improvements to enhance customer experience and contributing to CRM-related projects and system updates.
