Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager role based in Panchkula. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations across equipment and facilities, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant functioning of all systems.



Responsibilities include planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and minimizing downtime for production and support infrastructure. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, allocating resources, monitoring performance, and maintaining accurate documentation, logs, and reports. The Maintenance Manager will collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
