Role Description The Sr. Client Servicing Manager is a full-time, in office position based in Kalyan. This role oversees key client accounts, ensuring their marketing needs are understood, planned, and executed in alignment with agreed objectives and timelines. Daily responsibilities include managing client communication, handling briefs, coordinating with internal creative and marketing teams, monitoring project delivery, and proactively addressing client queries or concerns. Client Servicing Manager will track performance of ongoing campaigns, prepare reports and presentations, and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, participating in client pitches, and supporting business growth through strong relationship management.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing multiple accounts or key stakeholders.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and negotiate constructively.
Proven experience in marketing or advertising agency , preferably in a senior client servicing or account management role.
Solid organizational and project management abilities, including time management and attention to detail.
