Role Description The Head of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for leading Bowlful Foods’ sales growth and market expansion. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, setting revenue targets,



and managing key retail and online channel relationships. The person in this position will oversee account management activities, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities across regions and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and coaching the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales data and market trends, and coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure product availability and brand visibility. The role also requires building strategic partnerships, representing the company at industry events, and providing regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications
Robust Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of delivering revenue growth in FMCG or food-related industries.
Experience in Account Management, including managing retailer, distributor, and online marketplace relationships.
