Role Description The HR Campus Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing campus engagement activities, including career fairs, information sessions, and recruitment drives. The role involves coordinating with educational institutions, managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records of campus hiring activities. The HR Campus Coordinator will support HR operations by assisting with onboarding,



communicating HR policies to new hires, and ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. The role requires close collaboration with HR team members and hiring managers to align campus recruitment with organizational talent needs.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), with experience supporting recruitment or campus hiring processes.
Knowledge of Perks Administration and HR Policies, with the ability to explain and implement them clearly for new hires.
Skills in Employee Relations, including the ability to build rapport with candidates, academic partners, and internal stakeholders.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, faculty, and hiring teams.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campus events, schedules, and documentation simultaneously.
Proficiency with basic HR tools and MS Offic
