Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will maintain employee records, manage attendance and leave processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.



The role involves coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and partnering with management to address workforce planning and organizational needs. Qualifications
