Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Zonal Sales Manager North. The Zonal Sales Manager North will oversee sales operations across northern zones, including setting and achieving sales targets, managing regional distributors and key retail partners, and driving revenue growth for the Kajal, Eyeliner, and Nail Paint product lines.



The role includes leading and mentoring the regional sales team, planning and executing zonal sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective territory coverage. The manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and supply chain to align promotional activities, manage inventory levels, and support timely market launches and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market analysis, competitor tracking, customer relationship management, and regular reporting to senior leadership on sales performance and opportunities.
Qualifications

Proven experience in zonal or regional sales management, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics, with robust skills in sales planning, territory management, and target achievement.
