About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and AI-friendly Social Media Video Editor who can create engaging, scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and other social media content.
Create engaging edits with strong hooks, fast pacing, captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
Use AI tools to speed up and improve the video editing and content creation process.
Experiment with AI-powered tools for video generation, subtitles, voiceovers, background removal, image generation, B-roll, effects, and content enhancement.
Stay updated with the latest AI video tools, editing techniques, social media trends, and viral formats.
Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
Adapt content for different platforms, formats, and audiences.
Work with the content/social media team to understand creative requirements and brand guidelines.




Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in social media video editing.
Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI-powered video and content creation tools.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and short-form content.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to create videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with current tools.
Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects.

Bonus Skills
Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
Basic color grading and sound design.
