Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Mumbai. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring that orders, shipments, and documentation are processed accurately and on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking account performance, resolving client issues, and preparing reports on sales activities and account status. The role also involves identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts,



supporting negotiation of terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant trade regulations. The Account Manager is expected to build long-term relationships and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
