Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Centre Executive role based in Indore. The Call Centre Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient and customer inquiries, and provide accurate information on hospital services, appointments, and procedures. Responsibilities include logging and updating call details,



coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns. The role involves following standard scripts and protocols, maintaining service quality and call handling standards, and adhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines. The Call Centre Executive will also support feedback collection, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to a positive, efficient experience for patients and caregivers.
Qualifications
