Role Description The Vice President is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Surat and other area, responsible for overseeing strategic planning, operations, and project delivery for the organization. This position will provide direction to engineering, architecture, estimation,



and execution teams to ensure projects are scoped, budgeted, and delivered in line with organizational goals and quality standards. The Vice President will collaborate closely with senior management to drive growth initiatives, optimize processes, and maintain strong client relationships across the construction portfolio. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project performance, aligning resources, mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and mentoring mid- and senior-level leaders. The role also involves contributing to business development efforts, supporting bids and proposals, and representing the company in key external stakeholder meetings.
