Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in the Mohali district. The Telesales Executive will engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, explain ADB’s services and educational offerings, and convert leads into active users or customers. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries,



qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following up to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and content teams to align sales messaging, meeting individual and team sales targets, and providing feedback from customers to help refine products and services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, confident, and skilled phone interactions.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
