About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Junior Associate who thrives on variety. You'll be the operational backbone of a fast-moving team — handling data, numbers, and whatever the day throws at you.

What You'll Do
Data entry, cleaning, formatting, and basic analysis in Excel/Google Sheets
Assist with routine accounts work — invoices, expense tracking, reconciliations
Support senior team members with research, reporting, and presentations
Handle ad hoc tasks and one-off projects with speed and ownership
Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For
Graduate in Commerce, BAF, or any related field
Robust Excel skills — Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas
Advanced knowledge of Tally ( MUST)
Comfortable with numbers and basic bookkeeping concepts
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and proactive
Good written and verbal communication
1-2 years of experience
