We are looking for a highly motivated U.S. Staffing Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong knowledge of the U.S. recruitment market and hands-on experience recruiting candidates for onsite and hybrid positions.

Most of our requirements are onsite or hybrid, so understanding the U.S. candidate market, local talent availability, commuting distance, relocation considerations, work authorization, and candidate willingness to work onsite/hybrid is essential.

We are looking for someone who understands that successful recruitment is about quality, speed, and job fit—not simply generating a high volume of applicants.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage effective job postings across multiple U.S. job portals to attract quality, job-relevant applicants.
Understand the client's requirements and identify candidates who closely match the position.
Source candidates using job portals, databases, professional networks, and other appropriate U.S. recruitment channels.
Carefully review and screen every resume before submitting candidates to the client.
Verify skills, experience,



location, work authorization, availability, compensation expectations, and overall job fit.
For onsite/hybrid positions, evaluate the candidate's current location, commuting feasibility, willingness to work onsite/hybrid, and relocation requirements.
Understand local U.S. talent markets and know where qualified candidates are likely to be available.
Communicate professionally with applicants and maintain solid candidate engagement.
Conduct initial phone/video screening when required.
Move qualified candidates through the process quickly, particularly for urgent requirements.
Follow client requirements precisely and avoid submitting candidates who do not genuinely fit the position.
Be available during U.S. business hours/time zones when active requirements require immediate attention.
Provide timely updates and take ownership of assigned requirements.
