Role Description This is a full time, on-site WordPress Developer – Website to CRM Integration (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho) role based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, ensuring clean code, performance, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating websites with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho; configuring forms, APIs, and webhooks; and troubleshooting integration issues. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementing responsive layouts, and improving user experience. The developer will also monitor site performance, manage plugins and themes, document technical processes, and support continuous improvement of web and CRM workflows.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills to create user-friendly, mobile-optimized interfaces.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills to handle integrations, APIs,



and data flows between WordPress and CRM platforms.

Hands-on experience integrating WordPress with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho using APIs, plugins, and custom code.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular WordPress page builders or frameworks.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git), basic database management (MySQL), and website performance optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document solutions comprehensively.
