Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Pratibha’s integrated facility in Lucknow.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth across print, branding, and visual communication solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts that align with company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with production, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, maintain sales pipelines and reports, and contribute to sales strategies that expand Pratibha’s presence across key industry sectors.
Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development, preferably in printing, branding, or marketing services
