? Key Responsibilities
? Conduct Personality Development, Soft Skills & Communication training.
? Prepare students for HR Interviews, Group Discussions & Corporate Etiquette.
? Guide students in Resume Building, LinkedIn Profile & Career Readiness.
? Conduct Mock Interviews and provide one-on-one mentoring.
? Support Training & Placement activities and campus drives.
? Track student progress and placement readiness.
? Coordinate with technical trainers and the T&P; team to improve employability.
✅ Requirements
? Graduate/Postgraduate
?️ Excellent English communication & presentation skills.
?? 5+ years of experience in Soft Skills/PD/Placement Training.
? Passion for mentoring students and helping them build successful careers.
