The role
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who wants to learn and drive how large, multi-campus deals actually get done.
Our buyers are Trustees and Chairpersons of education groups. Those doors are opened by inbound, Outbound(BD), Partners, Customers and founders. You run the deal once the door opens. Discovery across campuses, qualification, demos, proposals, and moving the deal forward stage by stage. Founders step in to close. You own everything that gets it there.

Discovery and qualification on Group of Institution deals,



across 5 to 40+ campus groups
Product demos across Student ERP, HRMS, and Finance and Control
Proposals and follow-through, from first meeting to handover for close
MEDDPICC qualification on every deal, in HubSpot
Clean pipeline. Every deal current, every next step logged, nothing dropped.

Who we are looking for
1 to 3 years in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development. You have run real sales conversations and moved deals forward, not just booked meetings.
You can talk about a deal you helped win and what you actually did on it.
Comfortable with multi-stakeholder cycles that run over weeks, not a single call.
Coachable. You want direct feedback and you act on it.
Organised by default. Solid follow-up is your habit, not your intention.
Bangalore-based. Office-first, five days, with travel across South India.
