About the Role
We are looking for an Engineer – Technology Transfer with strong hands-on experience in agrochemical formulations, process scale-up, and plant integration.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of R&D;, manufacturing,



and contract manufacturing partners — taking processes from the laboratory to commercial production and solving technical challenges on the ground.

What you’ll work on
? End-to-End Process Scale-Up
Oversee the R&D; process from laboratory scale through commercial production.
Work closely with R&D; teams on process optimisation, modifications, and pilot-scale trials.
Lead scale-up from commercial pilot to plant-scale implementation, ensuring technical feasibility and process reliability.
? Plant-Scale Integration
Work with manufacturing teams to optimise plant processes.
Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges during scale-up and production.
Ensure successful technology transfer and reliable implementation at manufacturing sites.
? Job Work Site Management
Act as the primary liaison with contract manufacturing partners.
Manage day-to-day operations and resolve on-ground manufacturing challenges.
