Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into customers for Terra Tech Packs’ reusable food container solutions. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and support clients through the ordering process. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM,



coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely communication with customers. The role also includes working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, gather market feedback, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, with experience handling inquiries, managing pipelines, and closing deals.
