About the Role
Steamax Envirocare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to plan and execute offline and BTL marketing activities while managing a small online marketing team comprising a Graphic Designer, Videographer, and Content Writer.
The ideal candidate should have robust execution, coordination, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to understand technical/engineering concepts and translate them into effective marketing content.

Key Responsibilities
1. Offline & BTL Marketing
Plan and execute offline marketing activities including:
Exhibitions
Trade Shows
Conferences
Dealer/Distributor Events
Product Launches
Print & Marketing Collaterals
Coordinate end-to-end event planning, execution, and post-event activities.




Ensure timely execution of marketing activities as per planned timelines.
2. Team Management
Brief, coordinate, manage, and review the work of:
Graphic Designer
Videographer
Content Writer
Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of marketing requirements.
Maintain quality and consistency across all marketing communication.
3. Content & Marketing Communication
Develop and coordinate marketing content across multiple technical business verticals.
Work closely with the content and creative team to develop:
Brochures
Product Presentations
Company Profiles
Social Media Content
Videos
Event & Promotional Materials
Understand technical products/services and communicate their value effectively to the target audience.
4. Campaign Management
Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including:
Planning
Execution
Budget Tracking
Performance Monitoring
Reporting
Campaign Closure
Track campaign outcomes and ident
