Role Description The Head of Search is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading and scaling the agency’s search marketing function. This role oversees end-to-end search strategy across SEO and paid search, including planning, execution,



optimization, and performance reporting for multiple clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding keyword research, search analysis, and content recommendations; collaborating with account managers, performance marketing, and creative teams; and ensuring search initiatives align with clients’ business objectives.

The Head of Search will manage and mentor a team of search specialists, establish best practices, Automation and implement data-driven frameworks using web analytics tools. The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and new tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation in search campaigns.
