Role Description The Creative Art Director is a full time, on-site role based in Goregaon,



responsible for leading visual and creative direction across campaigns tailored to Tier 2/3 and rural audiences. The role involves developing compelling concepts, overseeing the design and execution of graphics and layouts, and ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, and integrated communication. The Creative Art Director will collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and production teams to translate insights into effective, culturally resonant creative solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding the art team, reviewing and refining creative work, presenting ideas to clients, and aligning output with campaign objectives and timelines. The role also requires staying informed about design trends, rural consumer behavior, and emerging media formats to continually elevate the quality and impact of the agency’s work.
