Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the wealth and financial planning domain. This role includes understanding clients’ financial goals,



presenting suitable financial solutions, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory services. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular review meetings, maintain detailed records of client interactions, and ensure timely follow-up on queries and service requests. Daily activities involve prospecting and onboarding new clients, explaining service offerings, supporting portfolio reviews, and promoting long-term engagement through trust-based communication. The role also includes monitoring client satisfaction, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and upholding the firm’s standards of ethical and transparent financial advice.
Qualifications

Strong client relationship management, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to understand financial products and services, with interest in wealth management, financial planning, and investment concepts.
