About the Role:

We are an early-stage retail cafe firm. We are looking for a highly professional, detail-oriented Retail Operations Lead to oversee the flawless daily execution of our stores and lead the disciplined rollout of new locations. We believe in high standards, professional conduct, and empowering our team to execute flawlessly on the floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Retail Performance & P&L;
Drive achievement of store-level targets through proactive daily and weekly financial tracking.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement immediate, practical solutions to improve store productivity.
Take ownership of store EBITDA by actively managing food costs, labor costs, and daily operational efficiency.

2. Store Operations & Quality Control
Ensure strict adherence to all SOPs, recipes, and professional operating standards.
Establish rigorous daily routines for store opening, closing, stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Conduct regular, professional quality-assurance checks to ensure gaps are identified and closed immediately.




Standardize and refine best practices across all locations to ensure a consistent brand experience.

3. Customer Experience
Drive consistent, high-end service standards and ensure customer-centricity is the core of store operations.
Monitor customer feedback and complaints directly, translating insights into immediate operational improvements and staff coaching.

4. New Store Openings (NSO)
Take end-to-end ownership of the operational setup for new store locations (Stores 2 through 5).
Ensure current stores are flawlessly staffed, trained, stocked, and operationally ready within committed timelines.
Lead intensive training programs for new store teams to ensure they meet our professional standards before launch.
Monitor new store performance closely in the first 90 days to ensure operational stability.
