Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Cygnett Hotels is a full-time, on-site position based in Ayodhya. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation for the property.



This role will manage HR compliance, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations. The HR Manager will support department leaders in workforce planning, training and development initiatives, and conflict resolution, while fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. The position also involves handling compensation and benefits administration, HR reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes aligned with Cygnett’s values and service standards.
