Role Description The Human Resource Officer internship at HK Technical is a remote role focused on supporting day-to-day HR operations and initiatives. Interns will assist in implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records,



and supporting employee relations activities such as onboarding, engagement, and performance feedback processes. They will help develop and update job descriptions, coordinate internship and recruitment activities, and support HR documentation and compliance efforts. The role also includes collaborating with team members to improve HR processes, participating in virtual meetings, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture. This internship offers practical exposure to HR management in a growing Ed-Tech environment and the chance to build foundational skills in human resources.
