Role Description
The Chief of Staff for the Impact Coaching/Consulting Coalition is a volunteer to start, remote role focused on providing strategic support and operational leadership as well as helping to build the team. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, managing communication across teams, overseeing the implementation of core initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the Coalition's mission.




In the beginning the Chief of Staff will also be part of the recruiting and onboarding team.
This individual will also play a key role in project management, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting various coaching and consulting endeavors worldwide. Regular engagement in strategic planning sessions and administrative coordination is also expected.
Qualifications
Robust leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills
Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
Proficient verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Experience in consulting, coaching, or organizational development is highly desirable
Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and ability to manage a remote role
Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the mission of creating positive social impact
Experience in impact business environments is a plus
